Logging a set and RIR

Log what you did, and how many reps were left.

Updated · 1 min read

Each set shows its target weight and reps. If you did exactly that, log it as shown. Otherwise change the weight or reps first, with the steppers or by typing the number.

Reps in reserve (RIR)

RIR is how many more reps you could have done: 0 is none left, then 1, 2, 3, and 4+ for four or more. It is optional. A set without one is read as the planned effort. Profile › Workout settings chooses when RIGOR asks.

Fixing a set

Open a logged set to correct it. A correction doesn’t restart the rest timer. You can add a set, and removing a logged one asks first.

Saved as you go

Every set is saved the moment you log it, with or without a connection.
