Delete your account
Removes your account and everything in it. It can’t be undone.
IN THE APP
- 1Open RIGOR and go to Profile.
- 2Tap Delete account and data.
- 3Confirm.
What is removed
Your account and everything in it: your plan, gym, workouts and settings, on your iPhone and in the backup. Some analytics, crash and subscription records that aren’t tied to your name or email stay; the privacy policy says which, for how long and how to have them erased.
Your subscription
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription, because Apple bills it. Cancel it first with Profile › Subscription › Manage subscription.
Other iPhones
Another iPhone signed in to the same account is cleared the next time it opens RIGOR.

Write to support@joinrigor.com and we will delete your account and data.
