The weights your gym can make

Targets land only on weights you can load.

Updated · 1 min read

RIGOR only asks for weights your equipment can make.

How each kind is counted

A barbell is the bar plus pairs of your plates. Dumbbells and kettlebells are the weights on your list. A machine is its stack’s steps, plus any add-on weight.

Rounding

An increase takes the next weight up. A reduction or a deload takes the heaviest weight at or below the number worked out.

Units

Kilogram and pound equipment are kept as separate lists. RIGOR never converts a target into plates or dumbbells you don’t own.
